Bullying can be devastating and hard to deal with and move on from the experience. It can be even harder to find a counsellor who understands bullying and know to help, which is why we insist our counsellors are experienced specifically in helping people who are or have been bullied.

What can counselling do for you?

  • Counselling can help you to make sense of what is happening and to process painful thoughts and memories.
  • Counsellors can offer different perspectives and help you think of creative solutions to problems.
  • Counselling can help you to develop new skills to manage personal and educational issues.
  • Sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone not personally involved in your life can bring enormous relief.

Clients first start with an assessment, where you will discuss how one of our counsellors may be able to help you and an estimate of how many sessions you may need. Many clients feel they can move on after 6-8 sessions, so if you need a counsellor who will understand exactly what you're going through and know how best to help you, then please call our Centre on 01753 610536.

Our counselling sessions are currently available at our Centre in Slough and in the South West [England]. Counselling is an investment to get you back on your feet as soon as possible. Fees
